Submit a case

Submissions help keep the archive current. Every submission must cite a link from an approved source and is held for moderator review before it can appear. Please do not include the names of victims or suspects — entries name no individuals. See the methodology for what we record.

1. Received: the source is checked against the approved list.
2. Moderator review: missing facts are completed and the case is checked for duplication.
3. Decision: accepted records are published through the reviewed archive workflow; unusable tips are rejected.

The target is an initial review within seven days. Complex or incomplete tips can take longer; publication is never automatic.
